Job Description
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved service providers
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their services, negotiate prices, and communicate any product or service-related concerns
- Conducting research on available vendors/providers to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality
- Continually monitor sales trends to determine which products/services are more popular than others
- Implementing vendor/provider selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured/selected
- Conducting regular meetings with new vendors(providers) and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations
- Establishing standards to perform the task
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them
- Finding new leads, nurturing, and selecting the best as per the location
- Maintain a good relationship between the company and provider
Job Specification
- Suggest vendor management processes, policies, and methods
- Updating, renewing, and cancelling vendor contracts whenever needed
- Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation
- Participating in training programs and company events
- Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies
- Market research and Market visits for provider acquisition
- Weekly Reporting to Manager/HOD
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager/HOD
