Call-centre Vacancy

Receive phone calls and chat requests from prospective and existing customers in a timely manner.
Provide reliable and accurate information about the company and its products and services offers.
Assist clients with technical issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
Engage customers in friendly conversation to identify specific business needs and recommend the best solutions.
Recognise and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and/or promote value-added products and services.
Assume ownership of any issues identified during client interaction all the way to resolution.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all communications with customers using proper client management software.
Maintain the Dispatcher panel of the software up to date and Process service orders.
Need to assist service providers from the software as well as from calls.
Record all disputes from customers and service providers. In case Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Describing services categories in detail – which will give by supervisors in a documented form.
Communicate opportunities and issues with the sales team and project coordinators.

Must have completed Bachelor’s from a recognised institution.
Should have at least 1 year of experience in call centres.
Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written.
Sound knowledge of MS Office, Trello, etc.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have patience and politeness while dealing with and training Service providers.
Should be confident and have an influential personality.
Should have a good knowledge of the Internet and email.
Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated, and goal driven.
Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license.
